The Record Book project compiles and preserves a record of the activities and achievements of the PTA.  The chairman acquired flyers and information on all PTA sponsored events and assembles them in a notebook.

The notebook als includes the school calendar with all PTA activities, a brief description of all programs, a list of program chairmen, the by-laws, audit and Treasurers Report, pictures of Lee are also added.

The Record Book is sent to the state PTA convention during April where it is judged on content and completeness.
