Science Enrichment is an exciting monthly activity for 4th and 5th grade
students. The curriculum activities guided by trained LEE parent volunteers
include experiments in electricity, weather, heat, energy and biology.
This program allows one-on-one interaction and attention to
each student. Each month about 30 parents assist groups of 5-7
students in a science experiment.
Training is provided for the parent volunteers and takes
about 30 minutes. Each class period lasts about one
hour. All training and class work is performed in the
Science Room or outdoors at Lee.
